Facials
A good facial is mostly a calm, careful sequence, not an expensive jar. This course helps you read your own skin, cleanse properly, use warmth safely, exfoliate without overdoing it, choose a mask for the day your skin is having, and finish with a light facial massage and moisturizer. You will learn three complete routines inspired by a spa menu, a Hydrating Facial, a Deep-Clean Facial and a Glow Facial, and when a dermatologist is the better choice.

Curriculum
In a deliberate order. Each lesson explains one part of the treatment in plain words, gives you a routine, recipe or checklist you can use, and ends with a short practice and the safety points that matter.
You will know what the eight lessons cover, how to practice them, and the safety rules that apply to every facial you give yourself or someone close to you.
You will be able to find your skin type with a simple bare-face test and set up a clean, hygienic space for every facial.
You will be able to cleanse your face gently, use a warm towel compress safely, and finish with a moisturizer that suits you and a daily sunscreen.
You will understand the main kinds of exfoliant, choose a gentle one for your skin, and recognize early signs that you are overdoing it.
You will be able to choose a mask for each part of your face, make two gentle kitchen masks safely, and name the kitchen ingredients that never go on skin.
You will be able to give a gentle facial massage with light upward and outward strokes, and use and clean a facial roller or gua sha stone safely.
You will be able to choose and give a Hydrating Facial, a Deep-Clean Facial or a Glow Facial at home, for yourself or someone close to you.
You will leave with a written monthly facial calendar, a simple morning and evening routine, and a clear list of signs that mean stop and see a doctor.
